Arts Iowa Calendar
Each year the Division presents more than 400 public performances, from symphony concerts and operas, theatre mainstage plays and musicals, to Dance Gala and Dancers in Company concerts.

Tickets for all University Theatres Mainstage performances, dance concerts, Band Extravaganza, and operas are available through the Hancher Box Office.
Tickets for all other theatre performances are available in the Theatre lobby one hour before showtime.
UI students receive $5 or free tickets to all Division events. Must present a valid UI ID at the door for admittance.
Performing Arts Production Unit (PAPU)
The Performing Arts Production Unit serves the production needs of the Dance, Opera and Theatre departments at the University of Iowa. Our staff consists of highly trained professionals including costume and scenery designers, costume tailors, electricians, carpenters, sound engineers, props masters, and much more. Our state-of-the-art production facilities are located across campus and are among the finest in the nation.
Arts Share offers schools and communities around the state a variety of opportunities, including interactive performances, workshops, readings, residencies, master classes, and recitals. Arts Share artists have traveled as far as Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Buffalo Center, Keokuk, and Lamoni to present their chosen field.
The University of Iowa Youth Ballet and School of Dance strives to serve the people of Iowa by providing high-quality outreach that enriches lives and fosters the love and teaching of movement. The school has a full range of programs for all ages. The experience instills in students self-discipline and an eagerness to learn.
